The Territorial Association of Property Administrators of Gipuzkoa and Alava (CAFGUIAL) is a Public Law Corporation, protected by law and recognized by the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country and by the State, with its own legal personality and full capacity to comply with our purposes, both public and private.

The essential purposes of CAFGUIAL are the regulation of the exercise of the profession, its representation, the defense of the professional interests of the members, the requirement of ethical standards in the exercise of the profession, the disciplinary action that may take place and, in general, the most appropriate provision of the professional activity, coordinating the interests of this Association and its Members with the possible service to Society, promoting the constant improvement of the quality of the professional services of the Members through training and continuous recycling.
