The world’s cities take up just 3 per cent of the land, but account for 60-80 per cent of energy consumption and 75 per cent of carbon emissions.

  3. Promote projects to act in vulnerable neighbourhoods.
  4. Promote the development of innovation projects that develop industrialized construction methodologies and processes.
  5. Promote renovation actions to incorporate renewable energy sources.
  6. Be a reference of the urban transformation of the Basque Country at the international level.
  7. Promote the development of Smart Cities.
  8. Universal accessibility.
